Welcome to Your Concierge at Colombian Curves Concierge (CCC). My name is Jessica Echeverri, and I am the founder and CEO of CCC. As a Canadian, living in Cali, Colombia, I’ve built this company with one mission in mind — to ensure that you have access to safe, ethical, and life-changing surgical experiences in Colombia.
With over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy, social work, and medical tourism, I’ve always placed ethics and client-centered care at the core of everything I do. My role is to guide you every step of the way on your surgery journey, from the first consultation to post-op care, ensuring that your experience is seamless, professional, and completely personalized.
Why I Started Colombian Curves Concierge (CCC)
The decision to create CCC came from both personal experience and my professional background. I didn’t come to Colombia for surgery — but after undergoing surgery in both Canada and the Dominican Republic , I was shocked by the level of care and comprehensive support I received here in Colombia. Unlike other experiences I had, where I only met the surgeon a few times before surgery, here, I met with an entire team of specialists. From the plastic surgeon, anesthesiologist, internist, to a general surgeon, the level of care was unlike anything I had encountered before.
This team-based approach to care solidified my belief that Colombia is one of the top destinations for surgical procedures — whether it’s plastic surgery, bariatric surgery, or dental procedures. However, I also know that navigating medical tourism can be overwhelming, especially when language barriers and cultural differences come into play. That’s where I come in.
Through CCC, I’m committed to providing you with ethical, transparent, and highly professional services. From the moment you decide to undergo surgery in Colombia, I will be with you, providing you with trusted surgeon recommendations, coordinating your travel and accommodations, and being your personal advocate throughout the entire process.
My Experience and Credentials
Registered Social Worker (MSW): With over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy and social work, I’ve honed my ability to work with individuals from all walks of life. My education has given me a deep understanding of the psychological and emotional aspects of surgery, ensuring that each patient receives not only medical care but also the emotional support they need during their transformation.
Ph.D. Candidate in Advanced Clinical Social Work and Supervision: Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Advanced Clinical Social Work and Supervision, I specialize in the efficacy of equine therapy for treating anxiety and depression. This research is deeply aligned with my commitment to providing evidence-based approaches to health and healing. Although my work in equine therapy is separate from my role at CCC, the skills I’ve developed in psychotherapy, patient care, and ethical medical practices have significantly informed my approach to medical tourism and the services CCC offers.
20+ Years of Experience in Healthcare and Client Care: With a career that spans more than two decades, I have worked extensively in healthcare systems in Canada and Colombia. My experience in the healthcare and social work fields enables me to assess and recommend the best surgeons, procedures, and recovery options, always ensuring that every patient’s safety and well-being are prioritized.

My business experience has allowed me to develop CCC into a service that seamlessly connects patients with the best surgeons, while offering comprehensive concierge services throughout the entire process.
Expert in Medical Tourism: I have spent years developing strong relationships with board-certified surgeons, recovery house managers, and medical staff in Colombia. My understanding of the Colombian medical system, along with my connections to top-tier specialists, ensures that our patients receive only the highest standard of care.

With fluency in both Spanish and English, I bridge the language gap and ensure that you have clear communication with your medical team at all times. If needed, I coordinate translated consultations and assist in discussions about procedures, post-op care, and recovery expectations.
Post-Op Care Coordination
After your surgery, my commitment doesn’t end. I will continue to coordinate and ensure your post-operative care is seamless. Whether it's arranging medications, follow-up appointments, or helping with recovery tips, I will guide you through the healing process. I also liaise with the recovery house staff and surgeons to ensure everything is in order, allowing you to focus solely on your recovery.
