At Colombian Curves Concierge (CCC), we understand that your decision to travel abroad for surgery is a significant and personal one. Our services are designed to make your experience as smooth, comfortable, and stress-free as possible, providing you with everything you need to ensure your medical journey is a success. From the moment you book your consultation to your post-surgery recovery, we’re here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Step 1: Free 20-Minute Consultation & Comprehensive Intake Form
The first step to starting your medical journey with CCC is a free 20-minute consultation. During this brief, no-obligation consultation, we’ll discuss:
✔️Your goals and desired procedures
✔️Your expectations and any questions you may have
✔️How our services can best meet your needs
After this, if you’re interested in proceeding with our services, we’ll ask you to complete our comprehensive intake form. This form allows us to gather necessary information and ensures we can tailor the process specifically for you. You can also indicate which surgeons you are considering or let us recommend options based on your needs.
Cost: Free 20-minute consultation followed by $500 concierge fee for the services listed below.
Step 2: First Concierge Consultation & Surgery Research
After completing your intake form, we’ll schedule your 45-minute intake consultation with me, Jessica, your concierge. In this session, we’ll discuss:
✔️Your specific needs and preferences
✔️Which surgeons you’re interested in or suggestions based on our research
✔️Additional services like recovery homes, nurses, and massage therapists
This also includes the investigation of surgeons, getting quotes from your selected surgeons, and vetting the most reputable recovery homes and staff to ensure you receive only the best care. We also make sure to investigate any other services that may be required, ensuring you have everything lined up.
Step 3: Presentation of Surgery Packages (2 hours)
Once we have your surgeon, recovery home, and all other options to meet your preferences, I’ll provide you with a personalized surgery package that includes:
✔️Detailed quotes and surgeon recommendations
✔️Vetting and quotes for recovery homes, nurses, massage therapists, and additional services
✔️A recorded video presentation (1.5 - 2 hours) covering all the details about the surgeons, services, pricing, and packages available to you. This will be for you to view later at your convenience.
This will give you all the information you need to make an informed decision about your surgery and care.
Step 4: Choosing Your Surgeon, Recovery Home, and CCC Package
Based on the presentation and your preferences, you’ll then select:
✔️Your surgeon
✔️Your recovery home (if applicable)
✔️The services you need (nursing, massages, etc.)
✔️Your CCC package, which outlines how we will guide you through every step of your journey
At this point, we’ll discuss the next steps in your medical journey and finalize your plan with CCC.
Step 5: Live Virtual Consultations with 2 Surgeons
Once you’ve narrowed down your options, we’ll arrange live virtual consultations with 2 surgeons of your choice. These consultations are translated and provide an opportunity for you to:
✔️Ask any questions directly to the surgeons
✔️Discuss your procedure, expectations, and post-op care
✔️Ensure that you fully understand the surgery process and have clear communication with your medical team
Step 6: Final Decision & Payment
After your consultations, you will make your final decision on:
✔️Your surgeon
✔️Your recovery home and other services you’d like to add
✔️CCC package that suits your needs
You will then make the payment for the surgery package, which covers the medical fees, recovery house, transportation, and all associated services. Once this is done, we begin scheduling and preparing for your surgery. If you choose not to work with CCC for the rest of your journey, this is where your $500 initial package ends.
Step 7: Travel Arrangements & Booking Medical Appointments
We will assist you with (depending on the package that you choose):
✔️Booking your travel to Colombia
✔️Booking your medical appointments here in Colombia, ensuring you know exactly where to go and what to expect
✔️Guiding you through appointments in your home country, if applicable, to ensure everything is ready for your surgery day
We will make sure all your appointments are scheduled in advance, and that you have all the necessary information.
Step 8: Arrival & Initial Appointments
Once you arrive in Colombia, we’ll ensure:
✔️Airport pick-up and transport to your recovery home
✔️Initial medical appointments with your surgeon, anesthesiologist, and any additional pre-op checks
✔️Seamless communication and translation services for all of your appointments
You will feel welcomed, secure, and well cared for as you begin your medical journey.
Step 9: Surgery Day Support
On the day of surgery, we will be there with you, supporting you through:
✔️Pre-surgery preparations and transport to the surgery center
✔️Ongoing communication with the surgical team, recovery home, and your family back home, if required
✔️Post-op care arrangements to ensure you’re comfortable
Our goal is to reduce any stress you might feel and ensure everything goes according to plan.
Step 10: Post-Op Care & Ongoing Support in Colombia
After your surgery, you’ll receive:
✔️Ongoing post-op support with follow-up appointments
✔️Personalized care plans, including faja shopping and medication management
✔️Assistance with any post-op procedures or adjustments you need to make for a smooth recovery
✔️24/7 communication with us to ensure you feel cared for at all times
We’re committed to supporting you as you heal and ensuring that your recovery is as easy as possible.
Step 11: Departure & Post-Trip Support
When your surgery and recovery are complete, we ensure:
✔️Smooth departure coordination and airport transfer back home
✔️Post-trip support with follow-up care instructions and ongoing guidance after you leave Colombia
✔️Any questions you have regarding your long-term recovery or next steps
✔️Coordination and Translation of any post-op virtual consults with your surgeon
We’ll be there for you even after you leave, helping with post-trip care and ensuring you continue to have the best possible results.
