As a Canadian, living in Cali, Colombia, I, Jessica, understand both worlds — the North American standards of medical care, and the remarkable surgical expertise found in Colombia. With over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy and social work, I’ve always placed ethics and client-centered care at the core of my practice. This has been the foundation of my work, from my years in Canada to my current role at CCC, where I bring my extensive background in ethical practice to ensure that every client feels valued, informed, and confident throughout their surgical journey.

I didn’t come to Colombia for surgery, but I did make a personal decision to have surgery here myself, and was shocked by the level of care and thoroughness I received. Unlike previous experiences in Canada and the Dominican Republic, I met with an entire medical team: my surgeon, anesthesiologist, internist, and general surgeon. This comprehensive, team-based approach, combined with the world-class skills of Colombian surgeons, deeply impressed me, and cemented my desire to help others access these incredible services with the right guidance.
